Can I get a condo or tenant quote online?
Yes. Choose “Get a Free Quote” to open the quote selector, then choose Condo Owner or Tenant. Both options open the same MAX Insurance portal in a new tab. Select or confirm the insurance type there. Eligibility and underwriting apply; a quote does not itself bind coverage.
What if I’m not sure which coverage I need?
Choose a broker reply or call 905-707-2929. Tell us the general type of insurance you need; please do not include sensitive documents in the web form.
How do I check a group discount?
Choose “Check My Discounts” and select one option from the dropdown. You can explore potential discounts without registering or sharing contact details. Our team must confirm eligibility before a discount applies.
How do I report a claim or make a payment?
Our customer service menu has after-hours claims contacts and insurer payment links. For an existing policy, contact our team for guidance.
